Apologies if this is easily found on the official website, but when do tickets go on sale? I'm hoping for a better day out than the last time I went - left my house in Derby at 7am and missed kick off due to the M5 traffic. Lost 3-0, then took another 8 hours to get home.

Hoping for one of the classics I have seen (2-1 twice in recent years, 3-0 with Bally, etc).

I believe that the police have only just had their meeting and decided that the game will have 3pm ko, so presume the tickets will be available shortly.

I would think details tickets wise would be announced soon now Argyle have got the Liverpool game out of the way.

As for the train part I expect us to get hoarded. Aiming for the 12.40ish train I believe

The e-mail I had from Mike this morning;

Hi Darren

We're hoping to sell these as soon as possible.
We're still awaiting tickets and details from Plymouth Argyle.
There has been a delay from them due to their FA Cup game.

Regards

Mike

Hopefully, that helps everyone

I caught the train last season. Arrived in Plymouth at around 11.45. Got herded straight to a pub along with the other Exeter supporters on the same train. Didn't bother me particularly as wanted to go to a pub anyway, but if you are not planning on going to a pub be warned. The police were very polite as it goes, but were also pretty firm about where you could and couldn't go. The walk from the pub to the ground was also herding and took an age, which is not good if you need a pee :)

Time some people on here just got on with it and get down there, herded or not. Pros and cons to the police escort for everyone involved. It potentially is a massive game for both teams, any less than 1500 down there would be very disappointing, it could be the last time we're down there for a long time!
