WC 2018 - Russia

Ok, so we have all 32 teams for the finals with the draw to be made this coming Friday 1st December at 1500 GMT live from the Kremlin. Coverage is on BBC 2 I believe and the groups are to be made of 4 teams, 1 team from each of the following pots however there are rules like you can't have 2 teams from south America in the he same group

Serbia, Nigeria, Australia, Japan, Morocco, Panama, Korea Republic, Saudi Arabia

Any thoughts?
Poland, Iran and Morocco would be nice

Rather hoping we avoid Iceland , would be keen for personal reasons to see us play Australia (but I would suffer very badly for a very long time if we lost). Hope we avoid Germany

Apparently we were drawn against Russia in rehearsals today and that would have been the opening game of the tournament!

Very happy with the draw ........ unless they say the distances took a lot out of them !

Reminds me a little of 2010. After the draw we were looking to see who we might get in the last eight after walking the group and winning an easy second round tie. As it turned out we failed to beat either USA or Algeria, and were left to sweat on a very narrow one goal lead against Slovenia.

It should be comfortable with the final game deciding who comes top, but wouldn't be surprised if we drop some points and need something against Belgium to be sure. We played Trinidad in 2006 and struggled like hell to put them away with a couple of late scrappy goals.

Decent draw for England but plenty of potential for embarrassment
Group of death for me is the Germans, Mexicans, Swedes and Koreans
