Going through some boxes, I happened upon a load of old programmes. They’re mostly from City home games but there are others which some friend of my Dad gave me (I think he was a Man Utd fan).

Free to a good home, if anyone wants any let me know and I’ll post them out although may not be able to for a week or two. They’re all in decent condition considering their age although some have a bit of my child-like scrawling on them.

85-86 season:

Port Vale
Orient
Cardiff
Hartlepool
Stockport
Preston
Tranmere
Wrexham
Northampton
Southend
Argyle (Milk Cup)
Aston Villa (Milk Cup)

87-88 season:

Darlington
Halifax
Hereford
Cardiff
Bolton
Spurs (the Mark Robson game)

88/89 season:

Cambridge

89-90 season:

Carlisle
Norwich (FA Cup)

Random others in no particular order:

Coventry v Man Utd, 05/09/87
QPR v Chelsea, 12/09/87
Southampton v Man Utd, 15/08/87
Man Utd v West Ham, 26/03/88
Man Utd v Chelsea, 31/08/87
Man Utd v Arsenal, 19/08/87
Exmouth Town v Watford, 06/01/87 (Lionel Thomas Benefit Match, whoever he was)

To my shame, there are also 3 Argyle programmes. These were definitely given to me:

Argyle v Birmingham, 26/09/87
Argyle v Shrewsbury, 30/01/88
Argyle v Spurs, Geoff Grudington testimonial. The date on it is only 26/01 so no idea what year it was

Feel free to move if this should be in the club shop. As i'm giving them away i put it yer.

Nice gesture Log, credit where credit is due ;)

I'm sure there will be a few takers in due course.

What do you reckon? :p

Ok, as a compromise, i'll deliver within a half-mile radius. That should rule most people out B-)

Maybe offer them some free fanzines too? Oh ... on second thoughts. LOL

Carry on.

I saw Geoff Crudgington play in a charity match at Sidmouth once; it was the same day I got Gus Honeybun's autograph.

*True story*

I expect that you'd like a programme to go with that, one which has a centre-spread pic of Geoff in a rather fetching magenta sweater at home with his family.

That will be worth f-all when Operation Yewtree catches up with him.
