FA Cup 2014/15

The tie between Plymouth Parkway and Buckland Athletic on Saturday 16th August has the hallmarks of being a classic FA Cup game.

A good mate's son plays for Ashford Town (Middx) so I keep an eye out for them (and Ashford Grecian is a fan of theirs too). Tough tie for them against Daventry from the division above.

I'm going to follow West Allotment Celtic in my own Road to Wembley.

I don't trust them off the pitch - always loads of plots involved.

Surely the Turks must have a game Hants (rofl)

Good luck to Cleethorpes Town (who play in Grimsby) who are away to Gresley Rovers, who play 2 levels above them, in what is possibly the biggest game in their short history.

Indeed. They're hosting Clevedon Town in a Youth FA Cup preliminary match on 10th September. We don't join for quite a while yet. The likes of Yeovil Town and Wycombe haven't even entered a team in the competition!

Maybe they should play Jarrow Roofing Boldon Community Association F.C. in next round, assuming that beat Bishop Auckland in a replay. Might come in handy for all those sheds.

Excellent away draw for Cleethorpes Town today. Replay on Wednesday at Bradley FDC which is only a 10-15 minute stroll from my house so Ill be having a wander down there.
