Tisdale calls off EDG social engagement

The East Devon Grecians were due to hold a social meeting on Thursday night at the Sidmouth Memorial. Paul Tisdale was due to attend, but now is not able to. The event has been cancelled.

I've been trying to find out why his replacement can't attend, but apparently I've been over keen and he still in charge. ;(

What a surprise! Wonder what the official reason is for him being unable to attend?

He could do without a mouthful of abuse perhaps? Just a thought like.

Don't think he would from the EDGs....... Not known to be a particually radical or rebellious bunch!

It would have been a chance for him to explain the thinking behind some of the tactics employed, what he is trying to achieve etc etc. And perhaps find out what the fans think.

It is a bit cowardly but I don't entirely blame him. Disappointing that somebody couldn't be put up though. Doesn't paint the Club in a good light.

I reckon he's been summoned up to Old Trafford....

Perhaps the Glazer's need a loan.

For sure, Tis has a lot of questions to answer right now. However, right now his priority has to be Saturday and, while this is unfortunate, I'm not sure it would have helped us realise that goal.

One would hope Tis will commit to attending a meeting of the EDGs as soon as the season is over.
