I don't see why the lunch and tea/dinner threads should get all the limelight and so let's have it for the good old breakfast. Are you a fag and coffee person or are you a full English breakfast type? They reckon that breakfast is the most important meal of the day,so come on spill the beans!

Timely, as this morning I had a very unusual breakfast - reheated leftovers of last night's Chinese! Pork with a honey and garlic sauce (with pineapple). Divine.

Normally I'll either have nothing or a bowl of cereal, although yesterday morning I had a piece of toast. Back when I was using the refectory here I'd have a banana for brekkie.

Always have a coffee when I get to work.

Funny. I was thinking about this a few days ago.

This morning I had 2 warm, buttered crumpets with a toffee yoghurt.

Had an 8:30 meeting this morning, so the boss very kindly got Catering to sort out croissants and fruit.
