We need to be careful not to confuse genuine flouncers in the last few days with those that could be described as collateral damage. I haven't seen any reports, but please all feel free to add if you have.

This does indeed provide a dilemma. Should collateral damagees be give a short period to re-register before they are deemed to have flounced ?

I think we need some workforces/sub-committees to review these vital issues.
