    Just to bring this up to date Ede's pickled onions can be found at the local greengrocers between the other shops in Whipton.

    And are bottled in Stonehouse, p**mouth even though there are from down there they still taste good with just the right amount of crunch !

    We Cowick St Infants School kids always believed there was a witch at Ede's : probably a good tactic by Ede's from keeping the kids from going down the narrow lane beside it and nicking a jar. Not many people know that.
