I don't think I've ever seen a charge sheet quite this long. FAW charge Bangor City with financial irregularities and playing ineligible players, leading to a 42 point deduction.

That is a right whopper, even dwarfs what "Phil Wallett" wanted the Conference to deduct from us for playing Dwayne Lee ( 28pts iirc !). He/Conference claiming that the registration hadn't been done in time, and we should lose all the points we had gained in matches which he had played. Unfortunately for "Phil Wallet" we had a confirmation fax/email from Conference proving otherwise !

Wrexham could have a bit of an identity crisis next season. With Salford gaining promotion it means that next season they (along wth Solihull Moors) will be invited to take part in The Scottish Challenge Cup along with the top 2 teams from the Welsh and Irish leagues.

This means that we could have a situation where Wrexham are drawn away to say Sligo Rovers and would therefore be a Welsh team, representing an English league, playing in a Scottish competition, in Ireland.

Classic, you couldn't make it up ! And this from the nation where the SNP thinks that they are capable of running their own country !

Could be a reprieve for your local team.

Could be. Not sure what that does for Aldershot's planning, having to wait to June 23rd (?) and the AGM before knowing what their situation is.

    Yeovil Town | Ownership update

"The club can confirm it is in final discussions with three closely matched groups wishing to buy Yeovil Town Football Club. Negotiations with these parties are at a detailed and delicate stage and a decision on which party to go forward with will be made before the weekend. The club fully appreciates fans’ eagerness to see the ownership question concluded and, therefore, a further statement will be issued no later than 4pm on Friday."
