My priority number also not recognised. Not really surprised. This happened the last time I tried to order through Ticketzone even though I was assured the problem had been sorted. I suppose the 500 newbies will have no trouble.
Eveything was correct but it still wouldn't recognise me. Have tried again since I purchased the tickets over the phone just to see if anything had altererd but the website still doesn't want to know me. Have previously emailed the club about my priority number not working but got no joy there...
