Re: Update on the SJP works
In all fairness it may work to the club's benefit. if the original planning condition still stands that the accommodation can't be populated until the new stand is built GSA might have more clout and interest in keeping Yelverton on track with the stand.
Not sure how it affects things but Yelverton are no longer involved in the student accommodation, the freehold appears to have been passed to GSA HSRE SJP Ltd who have links with the newly formed Student Accommodation Company (Exeter) as seen here :-...
