    Exeter City Women 2019/20 Season

Ironic that you will travel hundreds of miles to watch the men's team but won't travel to Cullompton for to watch the Women's team play. Anyway its not city related but I did watch the Northern Ireland women Vs Wales women game last week and enjoyed it immensely. Much better then the Mens game...

16/17 ARGYLE HOME DISPLAY (amongst others): Red Legion needs you!

Haha plans are currently being made for this, people can always donate towards the RL but I think there will be an "official" statement soon. The club are always willing for us to do displays so no problem beacuse that lot are in town.

    Exeter v Chelt'num - Checka-EFL-Leasing.com Trophy - Matchday Thread

The EFL have a fund to cover any loses to clubs from hosting games in this joke of a competition, though I'm not sure we have ever had to use this fund in the past.

    More problems at Bolton Wanderers

Thank you for your kind words. I never want to go through that again. Hopfuly this is a new brighter future for the club, the new owners seems to want to run us in the right way and the future chairman is a local lad done good which helps. I think this should ultimately be the start of fans...

    Bury fan in peace.

Reported that the administrators only have enough money to fund the club for another 24 to 48 hours. Unless a deal is done Wanderers won't make that two week deadline if true.

    Football League Ramifications

Is pretty much correct. From what i can tell the former owner Ken Andersons wants the Eddie Davies Trust and Football Ventures to sign saying that he will be immune from future legal action over his running of the club, neither seem (and rightly so) willing to sign or agree to that.

Discussions still on going according to the Bolton evening news, all down to the EFL now I guess.

    More problems at Bolton Wanderers

I am taking comfort in that, there doesn't seem to be much hunger for a AFC Bolton but I think somthing would be formed to fill the gap left by the club.

    Football League Ramifications

Be the North Counties league I'd imagine. There isn't much hunger for a new club or a AFC Bolton though.

    More problems at Bolton Wanderers

This has been coming for months to be honest, it's not much of a surprise to us who follow the club. The time scale is a shock but might be best then the long drawn out two weeks that Bury had to go through. It's not nice and has now fully hit home today that the club I've followed (along with...

I'd rather die then see us take hand outs from the manc's and Burnley!

    More problems at Bolton Wanderers

Yeah two. It was the former owner Ken Andersons parting gift. This is why it has taken so long as the hotel admin have taken longer then the football club admin. There are mumourings that the deal for the club is close but I'll believe it when I see it. You would imagine that the land would...

    More problems at Bolton Wanderers

The hotel is the sticking point, there is a small arena attached to it as well. Boohoo are apparently the people who are the preferd bidder. Other then the ground a hotel wanderers don't actally own much in way of bargaining chips. The training ground is built on a green belt site so can't be...

    More problems at Bolton Wanderers

The club owns the ground and the hotel. Well the two sets of administrators do at the mo but I get what you meant. I think the land is owned by Bolton council though.

    More problems at Bolton Wanderers

Firstly I couldn't carless about Bury which isn't anything new, this is also a thread about Bolton. Our situation is very different to there's, we havnt overspent, we have played 3 games with an under 18 side. EFL regulations actually state that an under 18 side can't play more then twice in 7...

    More problems at Bolton Wanderers

I fully agree, I'm not against clubs being thrown out of the EFL or leagues but think it needs to done properly and taking into consideration the cost to a local community. Pompey was the ideal opportunity to do this. The situation at bolton is very similar to what happened at City. Rouge...
