As you've probably gathered, I'm bored and run out of my favourite packet soup, mulligatawny.

Go on then, what's your favourite soup ? I reckon tomato will prove to be the Exeweb soup of choice.

Sorry to be a thread-killer but Mulligatawny gets my vote too!!!
(Although - in VIZ Readers tips style - if you've run out of said favourite a decent chunky Oxtail with generous lashings of curry powder and paprika makes a more acceptable substitute than most of Tisdale's tactical changes)

Surprised Elgin didn't go for Cullen Skink, a king amongst soups and not discovered by me until a trip north of the border earlier this year. Or is it a broth????

The cloud which has always hung over soup for me is whether it can be classed as a proper meal.

I'm yet to be convinced one way or the other.
