Following on from the thread about favourite away grounds I give you this! ;)

1. Home Park - Plymouth : obvious reasons. As well as the high risk of getting ambushed upon leaving.

2. Valley Parade - Bradford : just a horrible, oppressive place. The town and the ground.

3. Sands Venue Stadium - Scunthorpe - : decaying metal gulag.

4. Kenilworth Road - Luton : same as Bradford really. Total dump of a town and the ground is a mess.

5. Ricoh - Coventry : same as Scunthorpe but on a large scale.

1) Argiggle just because it's all green and plastic and it's them.
2) Memorial Ground, it's a ball ache of a place to get to and has one of the worst views in any ground I've ever been to.
3) Huish Park, I've only been once and it was absolutely Baltic.
4) County Ground, Northampton, half the ground is missing
5) Village Green, the same as The Memorial Ground. The only reason they're not joint second is because they're a tinpot village club so you would expect a tinpot ground unlike Rovers who come from a reasonable sized City and have a reasonable history about them so you would, could and should expect better.

Oxford United is pretty crappy. 3 sides, in the middle if nowhere and the atmosphere has generally been poor when I have been there (playoffs apart).

1 Colchester is the worst. A soul-less concrete box on a bypass. Rude people

2 Worst view: AFC Wombledon, unless you can get a seat.

3 Most uncomfortable: Luton

4 Second worst view and general crappiness: Newport

5 Most unpleasant staff: Ricoh

1. Gnome Park. Away section at the wrong end of the ground and the hassle.

2. Memorial Ground. Worst view in the football league.

3. The Lamb Ground. The actual ground isn't the worse really...but the welcome ☠

4. Glanford Park. Felt like I had been there before, I had, Walsall but without the friendliness.

5. Kenilworth Road. You have to be Douglas Bader to sit in that away end.

Far away across the field
Somerton Park. 5ft thistles along one side of the ground.

Wycombe - everything about it, on and off the pitch
FGR - convoluted journey on public transport, that effing hill, parking impossible, no roof, crap acoustics and an effing vegan pasty for sustinence
Yeovil - easy journey but crap atmosphere and we always play sh*te
Gillingham - they still have that golf stand as an away end, and that's it. Town is a dump
Aldershot - bloody walk through down a slippery dark path and the yoof of North Hampshire waiting for you afterwards

MKD just escapes due to their big soft seats but that's the only, literally the only, saving grace.
