Paul Tisdsle.
Strictly speaking he is ineligible for this team, he played for City whilst on a permanent contract (Sheff Wed away) 😉. It does cut down on centre midfield choices though.

George Friend second time round did a fantastic job for us. One of my all time favourite players.

Is there a list somewhere of all the loan signings we have made.

Just to make forming an XI a bit simpler like.

David Crown would have to be in there he made a huge impression in his short time at the club.

Was Ian Benjamin a loan player or permanent signing from Southend?

I have to say I used a mix of memory with the ECFC Bible and The Grecian Archive to jog me along although in the end no one in my XI from memory was dislodged. I was surprised to see though that Simon Milton made such a big impression on me in such a short time!

I know he’s a scummer and didn’t play many games for us but Ryan Taylor is still a decent player.

My recollection is that we were heading for relegation until he returned and his skill and athleticism played a huge part in keeping up up. Lovely bloke to boot!

Good call definitely played a vital part in keeping us up in 2009/10
