An old boy Derek only knew him in passing died sometime in the last 3 days as he was staying at home to avoid people.
Didn't get a reply from calling into the flat today to see if he needed anything so called the police for a welfare check and found him.
RIP to an ex old soldier I didn't get to know as well as I should have.

Found a box set of the three ‘Gambler’ films plus ‘Coward of the County’ for a couple of quid in a charity shop a few months back. Must get it out again for a rerun sometime especially as I’m in self imposed isolation at the moment.
What I won’t be digging out is that copy of ‘Survivors’ series 1 I found secondhand on Amazon.
