It was from the company that you posted the link to, so apparently it was technically British. I don't see tinned or chilled Watercress soup, can it only be done fresh?

I'm doing the Flying Scotsman footplate experience at the beginning of March, I'll catch a train down to Alresford and see what I can find for fresh watercress.

Another good option as would be some yoghurt but we are not talking of a glorious victory here; more patching up a bloody disaster
