Or stock up now before the UK/EU trade tariffs kick in?
PS: Wonder if, in this wonderful "new world" the good old U S of A export watercress? (Mind you they do it will probably be chlorinated and genetically modified "flannel"-cress!)
We already import watercress from Florida G2K. To cover gaps in U.K. production like

Please do keep up :)

The moral of the story is buy local produce and reduce your carbon footprint at the same time. Lol !
Not always possible.

Here to pour cold water over good ideas.

It is if you eat what is in season. People who end up buying things like raspberries or strawberries flown in from South America really do my head in ! Farce.

It was from the company that you posted the link to, so apparently it was technically British. I don't see tinned or chilled Watercress soup, can it only be done fresh?

I'm doing the Flying Scotsman footplate experience at the beginning of March, I'll catch a train down to Alresford and see what I can find for fresh watercress.

Just made spicy sweet potato soup. Think I added too many chilli flakes 🍛

Add lemon juice Hants. Should reduce the heat.

Here to help.

I added Crème fraîche to make it easier to consume.

Another good option (y) as would be some yoghurt but we are not talking of a glorious victory here; more patching up a bloody disaster

Leek and potato soup, for which I added figs. Should have left the figs out. :)
