I picked this starter kit up at a model shop in Teignmouth this week.. comes with glue, brushes and paints..

Also try watering down your acrylic paints with water and do 4-5 coats instead of one

The Jag I did was a starter kit but I bought the enamel red spray instead to do the body.. finished up looking ok :)

Always worth a watch this.. Its actually quite good and im doing this spitfire now :)

The Jag I did was a starter kit but I bought the enamel red spray instead to do the body.. finished up looking ok :)
The starter kits are good but the quality of the paint, glue and even brush aren't the best but for first time they're ok

That Tamiya extra thin cement is a game changer for me

Love the Tamiya stuff, Good quality, From kits to accessories, Their catalogues which I use to but yearly have everything you would need, Did look into the firm itself and they really do detail when they decide what model they want to build

Just been watching on youtube about chrome effect paint's !! so going to be sending off for some of that now and update some of my engines

I agree.. the motorbikes the creat look epic
