Indeed. I have spreadsheet showing grounds that I've been to see Exeter players. Otherwise I use footballgroundmap.com

I’ve got all the grounds I’ve been to in my iPhone notes - just keep adding whenever I go to a new ground.

Rules: has to be on a match day and you have to pay to get in (unless you got a complimentary ticket i.e. not just park football).
