Age of Assassins - Michael Newton

Book about loners, idealists and fanatics who conspired to change the world, and the motivations, how their minds work etc, only just started it but good so far......wide topics from people who tried to assassinate or assassinated Hitler, Malcolm X, Lennon, Warhol, Kennedy etc etc......quite compelling so far

Just finished Roy Keane's autobiog. Interesting in parts especially the pieces around Management. I've arrived at the conclusion that it's a lot to do with luck. You can sign 5 good players, but whether they all do the business for you or not is largely out of your control.

Now reading Danny Baker's Autobiog part 2, "Going Off Alarming". Always a hoot.

I am attempting to read Tolkien's The Silmarillion but it's bloody hard going.... Got just over half way and I'm determined not to quit now

My advice is if you haven't read it, start with a simpler book like the bible
