My Cat, Ripple was put to sleep this week, and this partly explains my late night ramblings.

He was a good cat was Ripple. He was a Wedding pressie kitten from SWMBO (copyright AM 2004) 14 years ago.

Brave to the last, he saw off a rat only a couple of weeks ago. He always loved Chicken, and Sunday Roasts won't be the same again.

As you can imagine, Kids are devastated. We sat them down, and said "We've lost Ripple."

Jonathan, bless him, asked where we lost him.

Three words to describe my cat.

Greedy, Loyal, Brave.

i really feel for you having lost my cat, keith, before christmas - he was put to sleep in my arms and me and the boys were gutted for weeks. lovely mr pete bishop made me a coffin for him which we decorated (whilst keith 'slept' in the freezer...) and had a burial on my parents farm.

Thanks for the messages Guys and Gals,

Buttons (Ripples Twin sister) is "wandering" around the place and "wondering" :) what is going on.

Anyway, I have become so cynical recently that I was convinced and prepared for one of you to come on here and ask to buy some spare cat food off me. :)

(My money was on Spicy actually.)

Thanks again, support appreciated.
