Fascinating interview this morning on Radio 5(now available as a podcast), wide ranging over many topics, including explaining his football philosophy.

I particularly liked his comments on player confidence, and how you increase their performance by re-enforcing it.

Well worth a listen, particularly by certain posters who continually knock our young emerging talent !
