Exeweb is getting more popular, so we need a colum where people who really dont like any genrall chat should go or where people can just talk sh*t like me and others, I like it here but hate being subjected for having a laugh,

Why should exeweb pay for the bandwidth you'd use, instead of for people talking about City when there's plenty of other sites where you can go and talk carp all day and use their bandwidth.
