Bullfighting - The Blood Sport

Should a nation's rituals and traditions be respected and allowed to continue, whatever the cost?

If so, is this an acceptable sporting image from a Western European country in 2010?

Should blood sports be banned, or is that too PC and far too draconian?

Not my cup of tea but it is a huge part of Spanish culture and we are in no real position to get in an ivory tower about it. Bit like all the townies who have never set foot in the countryside bleating on about banning hunting.
