Saw this on the bbc sport quotes of the week...

"We're the red and white library!"
Exeter fans taking the mickey out of their own home support. (Keiran, England).

And...

"I'm only here because the ticket was free."
Spotted at Home Park during Plymouth v Nottingham Forest. (Andy, UK).

Laughing stock of Devon, the both of you!!!

It is embarrassing being sandwiched between two gormless clubs.

How does it feel to have no rivalry? I mean I know you hate us, but...

How does it feel having a rivalry with a team you haven't played for god knows how long and aren't likely to play for god knows how long?

isn't it a bit pointless?

I thought you had to be between two things, to be sandwiched?? but you are at the bottom of L2.

So how can you be sandwiched?

Most big rivalries have had 'breaks' - Bristol City and The Gas hate each other, yet all they've had in years was a Paintpot game.

I can see why you think it may be pointless, that is because you support the Switzerland of the Westcountry, neutral and boring. You can't and won't experience a true Devon derby, it's probably for the best you go back down and play some sh*t like Salisbury again.
