Plan B was to get painters in and charge it to the local Council Tax payers, but we're not that low; I mean, what kind of Club would expect the local residents to pay for their ground improvements, eh Greenies?

It will always be a mystery to me why ANY building firm would have given us credit back then so perhaps more fool them.

That said, at least they had a choice in the matter, unlike the hard-pressed Council Tax payers of Plymouth.
