I know people wont take much interest in it, but i thought i would start a tread anyway.
I cant see us getting out of our group with the likes of South Africa, Sri Lanka and New Zealand :(

Waste of time this trophy, should've scrapped it altogether last year when it had to be postponed. Instead we have to send a tired squad to a pointless competition - watch us do well now!

Complete waste of time. Having said that, I wouldn't be surprised if we did a lot better than everyone expects. Just the kind of thing that happens...

First game - Sri Lanka. [y]

I'll give that a miss. They actually look like they can hit a cricket ball.

This match was played at the bull ring stadium, happy memories from 2005 when England won an amazing test match.

I know England skittled the Srilankans for 211 but still it was a terrible bowling performance. Jimmy Anderson was class almost unplayable, Onions was good in spells but he bowled the occasional long hops and half volleys.

frustrating stuff from Stuart Broad everyone knows he is most dangerous when he pitches it up at a length but he is obsessed with speed and bowling short he was really poor at the start

Collingwood was good hit Malinga for 2 impressive sixes and bowled tightly

So pleased they won , i know there was some dodgey moments but we needed something to boost our confidance after the 6-1 drubbing from the Aussies!
I think we have a chance against the South Africans.

New Zealand are not what they were. We should beat them, SA might be a bit too good for us though.
