uploading images

been trying to upload a image to a thread but can`t seem to work out how to do so. I must be thick lol if anyone could tell me a simple way of doing so then please for the sake of my sanity let me know!

I tried following the instructions on the faq page and still can`t work it out

There should be a thread on the subject on this forum. It has a good tutorial, some good examples and advice. And a good plave to test a link to make sure the size is correct.

Have searched for it and found it first time! How about that?
