i think its the guy i helped at 24 miles he'd gone down with cramp so i stopped to help him, and then he over took me to beat me by a minute or so

Haven't seen the video above, but I know as well as the people mentioned on Exeweb last week, there were a few Exiles running. Quite a strong City contingent I guess!
