Guess that in all the loan saga this story on the OS went unnoticed. Worthy of making sure that it is seen and read, especially after the Sidwell Street thread after the Bradford game. This is what we are about.

Well done all, and thanks Lisa for a good pint (and opening up 30 minutes early).

Proud to be a Grecian.

Nice gesture there (& good link Hants)

Yes she was a true "English Rose", wasn't she - albeit one slightly ruffled come the end by the unprecedented demand!! :D

RIP to City's number nine. Sleep tight love
They were very good to us, and very honest about the wait if you ordered food. They worked hard and its nice when we are appreciated for the good support we give for our away games.

Nice gesture was that [ecfc]

That makes for good reading. Nice to know that our good behaviour has been recognised and commended. Thanks to all at the English Rose and their hospitality. :)

For those of you that didn't go, here's the pub's web site for you to have a look at.

In RaWZ we trust....Amen.
Yes,the pub coped very well with the large numbers of travelling Grecians.A orderley queue was formed for ale & N-Le-M was even seen collecting glasses for the hard pressed Landlord..A real boozer...

English Rose..Sounds like a exewebers CB name..;)

Good stuff to those who were there - with this and the Gillingham Pub we seem to carry ourselves very well on our travels.

Wasnt there but not surprised ... the Awayers normally cover themselves in glory ..

As for the Crown in Accy, there were a couple of high points behind the bar !!
