Refuses to sign a new contract, Seems he's ****** off because he wants more control over football matters instead of having to answer to Rick Parry (Chief Exec)......Top of the league and still not happy

Best thing for the Scousers really if he did go. As I've said for a long time now, Liverpool will never win The Premiership with him in charge.

I can understand his point of view.

Liverpool might be in for a rough few months what with the Yanks unable to get credit to service their massive debts. It will either go a) tits up and they're forced into a big sale to sort out finances or b) DIC will finally buy them out when the current owners swallow their pride.

But then would DIC let Rafa have sole control of transfers when all they seem to want to do is play championship manager?

Interesting times..
