He hasn't achieved anything in his search for the team that suits him, and his ego. Plus it looks like Rushden and Gary Hills' boom and bust plan hasn't work, as they are clearing outtheir big earners (Darryl Clare off to Kings Lynn).

Isn't Duffy (Ex Oxford player who missed THAT one on one in the playoff second leg) at some conference/conference north/south team now? Always thought he may have made a little bit more of his career?

IIRC his wife is not too well so has moved closer home (lincolnshire) - which therefore reduces his options ...

Not a great buy for Diamonds though .... nor was Philips !!
