The Bald Eagle is only in as a caretaker. He's already on the staff, so what do you expect? He would be the cheap option, but it didn't exactly work out last time. I think they will look to bring someone else in before the transfer window opens.

Oxford unfortunately are a prime example of a club with ambitions ahead of what they can afford/Achive atm and i would like to see them back as theyre a proper football league club(Not team atm).
