Why waste money giving it to the taxman?

Well most of Torquay Plymouth would rather that the taxman got his fill as it means a handsome paycheck for them all when they sign on :p ;)

Exeter City League Two
Taxed owed £442k
Amount you can only pay £62k
Deficit written off by HM Customs Revenue £380k

Your club is an absolute disgrace to clubs like ourselves who pay their way.
You should be sent packing to non league with your non league practices.

& there's the company I work for having to pay extra penalties (they are paying in full) cos the tax payments were miscalculated one year, what a shambles of a club Exeter City is. Seriously, all those clubs should hold their heads in shame!

Paps, 'Old news', look at the date at the top of the BBC news page.

It obviously isn't as far as that report goes.

Let's face it, if Globule (where IS he by the way?) saw this about our club, he'd be on and on about it for months.

Surely that should read 'are paid for by the taxpayers of Plymouth'?

Jeez Globey, that's back in the days when you were a league team first time around.
