Following on from yesterday's trip to Curzon Ashton, weather permitting, there is more cup football for me next week.
I hope to take in the second round FA Vase tie between Vodkat North West Counties League, Glossop North End and Biddulph Victoria who play in the Aspire Midland Alliance.
I've been to Glossop on at least three occasions, but it's a nice town to visit. Good market. Excellent pies! Robinson's back street local near the ground, and good views over the rolling Derbyshire hills.
However, not a place to be if the weather turns nasty ... so the trip there is very much dependent on it being a good day.
