Still without a win this season lost at home 3 -1 to 10 man Bradford tonight....I think Bournemouth have a real chance of catching them.

I was half considering wandering along to that as it's only 30 mins brisk walk from my mum and dad's... then I realised that it would be bloody cold, crap football, and likely as anything result in Yorkies winning. It's not looking good, let's put it like that - I don't think there's any real fear that Bournemouth or Luton might get them yet - but it looks like Newell's honeymoon is over after three draws: if Rotherham get a point tomorrow, they'll go above them.

I also don't see good times being had in the Conference should they fall through the trapdoor.

Has any team had good times? Purely asking this from a going down, and coming straight point up point of view.

I saw enough last week to make me think they will probably stay up. In particular I refer to a well drilled, resolute defense which is presumably down to Newell as before he arrived they were conceding 4 a game. One bad result against Bradford does not undo that - yet.

Without looking or doing any research, Carlisle. Possibly Shrewsbury as well.

(Oh, and [ecfc]ECFC[ecfc] of course!!! :D - although the "straight back up" bit for BOTH of us took a little building)
