There was a "Speed" incident in said location.
"Big Bum Alan" was Keanu Reeves. "Gary Bushell bus driver" was the bus driver. "Roy Pound" was Dennis Hopper.

Nah the van is an Exmouth/Exeter van and the first bit when they drive is Polsloe on the way to Whipton I think. It's the car park I don't know.
