I hope all the Exeweb boys are keeping them self fit and ready for our first games of the season in the next few weeks.....

Im ready to go - full pre - season behind me now including a 5-2 win against GrecIAN Harris Winkleigh.

I am in the best shape I have been for a number of years, but I will not be able to make any of the early season games.

I'm not in the best of shape at the moment - change of job means I can no longer make the Thursday training sessions.

All on instinct between the sticks in any case, so the Exiles Bauys can count on me being in some sort of form this season...

I am back in training. Achilles tendon on left side is supported by some kind of rope (so the surgeon told me). Facually I remain good looking.

I was hoping we could play the game in Plymouth first to get a game under our belts but it looks like we will have to go in all guns blazing.

One new addition hopefully and the return of Forever "wind assisted" 7

I now know what it feels like for a single woman in Roccoco on a Saturday night....

I would have joined in but I've just been advised that I need a couple of knee replacements in the next few months.......
