Starting on BBC 1 in August, the new series of Doctor Hoof.

The Doctor, played by Dr. Death's mate Paul Buckle, is reeling from a bitter defeat at the hands of the Cydermen of Planet Exeter, and the loss of his beautiful assistants Rose Tyler (played by Super Lee Phillips) and Martha (played by Christine Zebrowski).

Joined by his new assistant Donna (played by Belinda Carlisle, fresh from her last appearance, trashing the Turks) he roams the non league galaxy in his time travel machine the 'TURDIS' (Torquay United, Really Dire, InSufficient). On the outside it looks like a small, mundane, ramshackle portaloo, as found on building sites up and down the country.
On the inside, it is a larger mundane, ramshackle portaloo of a stadium, as found at Painmorgue.

Supported by the chipnickers and the crickedneckers, Doctor Hoof and his motley bunch of mercenaries try to find a way back into the Football League dimension by launching the ball up into space at every opportunity.

Join him on his quests to mysterious new worlds like Barrow (luckily :S (?!) for 100 chipnickers that's their local derby) and Lewes, fighting off dangerous monsters like Gary Hill (and that bloke who had a go at Lee Elam the season before last) along the way.

Forgot to ask...

Also, has the dear Doctor recovered from the trauma from when his former allies (but now arch enemies) the CYDERMEN invaded his precious "TURDIS" and managed to compress his entire time-space-continuum into nothing in a mere 20 minutes.

Or will that be the plot for a forthcoming feature film?

They are just showing who their real rivals are ;)

Cue rants of disgust aimed at giving the illusion Argyle are their only real rivals
