Scott Mills mentioned on the radio last year, i've been a periodic visitor since. I dunno why but i find the idea of a police force putting up photos of street prostitutes hilarious. I can imagine them thinking "Oh sh*t, my face will be on some police website that no one looks at, i really must get off the crystal meth".
