There's a program called Window Blinds that I use to change the style of my Taskbar and Program Windows. You can download it from here:

Yep. I did at first, but I searched for the full version on Limewire and downloaded it from there.

I can't seem to download the free version, it stops every time on 84% so im going to download this Limewire thing you use.
