Arbroath on Exeter’s Scottish Itinerary

The second game in the Grecians pre-season tour of Scotland has been confirmed as Scottish 2nd Division side Arbroath.

The game will be on Thursday 9th July with a kick off at 7.45pm at Gayfield Park. Exeter will be playing East Fife on the Tuesday.

Gayfield Park is another football stadium that is right by the sea, and affords a great view of the North Sea.

Trains from Kirkcaldy (East Fife) to Arbroath take 59 minutes if travelling with Virgin Trains and without a railcard the cost is £15.30. The journey time from Exeter is around 9 hours, but the cost of a single is currently showing at a ridiculous £222!
