FA Cup 2014/15: First Round TV Games Confirmed
It’s taken a while to get there, but the BBC, BT Sport and the FA have agreed which games will be televised:-
- Warrington Town v Exeter City. Friday 7th November, 7.55pm. Live on BBC
- Halifax Town v Bradford. Sunday 9th November, 12 noon. Live on BT Sport.
- Havant and Waterlooville v Preston North End. Sunday 8pm. Live on BT Sport
The clubs listed above will each receive £67,500 in broadcast rights.
The following 8 matches have been moved to Sunday and will be part of a live BBC Football Focus show, that will have live updates and the goals. All these games will kick off at 2pm on Sunday 9th November. Each of these clubs will receive £12,500 in broadcast fees:-
- Gosport Borough v Colchester United
- Braintree Town v Chesterfield
- Portsmouth v Aldershot Town
- Norton United v Gateshead
- Stevenage v Maidstone United
- Wrexham v Woking
- Coventry City v Worcester City
- Blyth Spartans AFC v Altrincham

Winners of the first round ties will receive £18,000 in prize money from the FA.
Two games have been selected for a highlights package, these games will kick off at 3pm, and each club will receive £6,750 from the broadcast companies. These games kick off at 3pm on Saturday:-
