The referee and his team for this game are:-

Referee: GEOFF ELTRINGHAM
Assiatant Referees: Matthew Corlett and Kevin Mulraine
Fourth Official Robert Jones

He’s refereed just the one Exeter City game, the 3-1 defeat away to Tranmere Rovers. He didn’t cover himself in glory that day, sending off Dunne, after two poor yellow cards.

Eltringham, 34, a former wannanee goalkeeper, but his height (5ft 7in) restricted that career. He also used to be a Sunderland season ticket holder, but gave that up to pursue a career in refereeing. He’s a sales rep for a Sunderland timber merchant.

He started refereeing in the Conference in the 2008/09 season taking on Burton Albion versus Woking for his first match. The following season he started refereeing football league games.  His record this season is that he’s taken charge of 11 matches, issued 32 yellow cards and 4 red cards.
