Elliott Chamberlain Signs for Gloucester City

Former Exeter City midfielder and 1931 funded Elliott Chamberlain has signed for Gloucester City the Tigers have announced.

The former Welsh under-21 international said of his move:-

I’m looking forward to a successful start to the season, ideally I’d love to score as early as possible to build some momentum and help the team

I hope it goes successfully, I know the lads ended last season very well so we’d like to continue that winning mentality.

When I met and spoke to Tim Harris he set everything up clearly, what we wanted to do, how we wanted to play and where we wanted to go and it was all positive.

He told me about the training facilities we have at Gloucester, the prospect of a new stadium and really impressed me.

I spoke a lot with Jake Gosling, who spent a time on loan here, and he told me nothing but good things about the club, from the staff, to the lads, to the supporters and how much he enjoyed it; so it’s exciting to be a part of.
