Cambridge United goalkeeper Chris Maxwell gets all the plaudits as the player of the month for October. The month included 4 matches without conceding a goal and included a penalty save away to Grimsby Town.
Rod Stringer of Bishop’s Stortford is the Conference South manager of the month. 3 wins in a row took the Blues to 3rd in the table. A Televised game with Northampton Town awaits in the FA Cup.

Hednesford Town’s Rob Smith is the manager of the month for Conference North. The Pitmen are having a great season following their promotion to the Division. This is Rob Smith’s 2nd award this season.
Midfielder Ryan Beswick of Solihull Moors wins the player of the month award for October. The leading goalscorer for the Moors added 5 goals and helped his side move up to 2nd in the Division.
