Nobby Stiles to Speak at the Grecians’ Charity Golf Classic
Exeter City habve announced that the 1966 World Cup winner Nobby Stiles will be the celebrity guest speaker at the presentation evening of the RGB Ltd Charity Golf Classic. This is being held at the Woodbury Golf Club on Wednesday 17th July.
You an be part of the golf day itself and join with Exeter City players. The cost is for a team entry: £240.00 + VAT per team of four (Exeter City players available to if required to join your team.
The day will involve
- Four-ball team event (two scores to count; 3/4 handicap off white tees; max handicap 24)
- Two-tier start from 9am, dinner at 5.30pm
- Bacon roll and coffee on arrival
- 18 holes on the Championship (Oaks) Course
- Two course meal and presentation of the RGB/Exeter City FC Trophy
- Drinks and pasties on the 10th tee
- Team prizes and longest drive
- Incredible hole-in-one prize on the 18th
- Charity auction: prizes include Manchester United hospitality for two and golf days
- Charity raffle: various prizes including a Kindle, Irwin Toolkit and much more!
- An evening with Nobby & Alan Stiles, retired England footballer and comedian duo
