Noble gets community service

Ex City and now Rotherham United footballer has been ordered by a judge at Bristol Crown Court to complete 182 hours community service, gave him a 12 month community order and has to pay £2,000 compensation.

The 30-year-old admitted the charge to causing grievous bodily harm after a fight in a Bristol nightclub in court earlier this month.

He joined Rotherham United in July after 3 years at City.

It is still unknown whether he will play a part in the Saturday fixture against the Grecians.
