Any decent pubs?sixfields_new_east_stand

Nothing decent near the ground, though on the leisure park, there is a TGI Fridays or maybe try the Tenpin Bowling Alley.

Back in to town, there are a few pubs. Ther are two Wetherspoons, The Eastgate is a 17 minute walk from the train station and away from the ground, or The Moon on the Square, which is a 13 minute walk from the station and also away from the ground.malt_shovel_tavern

The Malt Shovel Tavern also comes highly recommended, plenty of real ales including beers from the Oakham brewery. The pub is about 12 minutes from the station, just away from the town centre.
