Exeweb Votes for Alan Gow as Player of the Month for April

Exeter City fans have voted on Exeweb for Alan Gow as their player of the month for April. Over 70% voted for Alan.

April was a difficult month for Grecians.  A mixed bag of results that saw 2 wins, 3 defeats, score 10 goals, concede 10. However relegation to League 2 was confirmed. Alan chipped in with 2 goals at home to Walsall.

His contribution to the side has been immense. His work in moving the ball around the penalty area meant that he was a constant thorn in the side of the opposition. He enabled Liam Sercombe to have one his best months since turning professional. Indeed any other month Liam, with 5 goals in 5 games, would have claimed Exeweb player of the month.

Alan has now played 7 games for Exeter, since joining as a free agent in April. His future remains unclear, but most Exeter City fans would be more than happy if he signs for the Grecians and help us in League 2 campaign next season.
